Want to Change The World? Start by Being Brave Enough To Care

After a weekend of women coming together, in solidarity, for Women's Marches across the globe, it seems fitting to share this wonderful TED talk by Cleo Wade.

Poet, artist and story teller Cleo Wade recites a moving poem about being an advocate for love and acceptance in a time where peace is so desperately needed. Woven between stories of people at the beginning and end of their lives, Cleo shares some truths about growing up (and speaking up) and reflects on the wisdom of a life well-lived, leaving us with a simple yet enduring takeaway: "Be good to yourself, be good to others, be good to the earth."

And we leave you with our favourite line from the talk because it resonated so much:

"Each of us is more resilient that we could than we could ever imagine." We hope you enjoy. xx
