The Digital Fairy is a creative studio working with some of the biggest brands which it connects to youth audiences by building creative solutions and amplifying cultural relevance on and offline. Often helping commercial brands become cult, and cult brands become more commercial, its purpose is simple – “doing great work for brands we believe in.”

Founder Eve Lee started The Digital Fairy with a loan of just £16,000. Fast forward six years, and with no further backing, the agency has grown from a team of one at a desk in Dalston to a full service creative agency made up of eighteen kickass women, with expertise across design, content and strategy and with a turnover of £3 million.

The Digital Fairy has become an established name among fashion and beauty brands, famous for innovation and creative communication. With clients including Chanel, MAC, Estée Lauder, Nike and Alexa Chung, the Digital Fairy has earned a reputation as leaders in the Millennial market.

Eve, the original fairy, started the business as a social media agency, launching digital channels and online identities for brands such as Bleach, WAH, X Factor Style and Miss Vogue. Over the last six years, the company has grown organically, and now has four key divisions Digital Marketing, Design, Production and Strategy with a team that spans animators, designers, strategists and producers.

Talking of the team, not only are they all women, but the team is 50% BAME which is important to them. They are looking for the best and brightest talent that represent the diverse generation of millennials and Gen Z. They also put a diversity clause in their client contracts to ensure a more representative and diverse outcome. It also means clients are able to work with Digi Fairies to come up with creative work that doesn’t just cast the same type of people.
